When do I pay?
Reserve first. When the group is confirmed, MoxaMoxa will confirm your order and share payment instructions. Never transfer money for a test group buy.
How do I receive my order?
Choose free studio pickup or Singapore delivery at checkout. Delivery fees are shown before you reserve.
What happens if the group doesn’t go ahead?
The team will cancel the group and update your order. Any recorded payments become refunds due, to be handled by MoxaMoxa.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel an unconfirmed reservation using your private order link. For a confirmed order, contact MoxaMoxa for help.
Can other customers see my details?
Your full name, WhatsApp number, email and delivery address are private. You can choose to show a display name and quantity in the group list, or appear as “Community member”.
Where do I find my order?
Save the private order link shown after reserving. It lets you check confirmation, payment, collection and delivery status without creating an account.
